    Is coaching really worth the investment?

    Absolutely. Coaching gives you a professional partner who keeps you accountable and helps you make meaningful changes, even before you fully realise what’s holding you back.

    What is Hypnosis

    Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, much like becoming absorbed in a thought or a piece of music. In this state, the mind becomes more flexible and receptive. In hypnotherapy, I use that focused attention alongside therapeutic dialogue to help the brain reorganise unhelpful patterns, allowing stuck responses to shift and meaningful, lasting change to emerge.

    How can hypnotherapy help you?

    Hypnotherapy combines gentle guided relaxation with focused therapy to help you create positive change. In this calm and receptive state, it becomes easier to let go of unhelpful habits, thoughts, or emotional patterns.

    What is HypnoCoaching?

    HypnoCoaching is a powerful blend of coaching and hypnosis. We start with coaching to bring clarity, set goals, and understand what you want to change. Then we use hypnosis to work with the subconscious patterns that often keep those changes from sticking.

    I struggle to visualise things in my mind. Can hypnosis still work for me?

    Yes! Even if you have aphantasia or difficulty visualising, hypnosis can be just as effective. You may respond through sounds, sensations, smells, or tastes, and we tailor the approach to what works best for you.

    How is hypnocoaching different from traditional coaching?

    Hypnocoaching combines coaching with hypnotherapy to create deeper and longer-lasting results. While traditional coaching works on conscious goals and actions, hypnocoaching also addresses subconscious patterns that influence behaviour, confidence, and performance.

    How long does hypnotherapy take to work?

    Many clients notice positive changes after just one to three sessions, whether they’re working on reducing anxiety, managing physical or emotional pain, boosting confidence, or breaking a habit. However, the timeline can vary depending on the issue, your openness to change, and whether we’re addressing surface-level habits or deeper patterns.

    For lasting results, a short series of 3 to 6 sessions is common. Some clients also choose occasional follow-up sessions to maintain progress or work on new goals as they arise.

    Meditation helps you achieve a state of mindfulness, calming your mind and keeping you present. Self-hypnosis, on the other hand, is an intentionally guided focus that directs your subconscious mind to create positive changes.

    In sessions, I use a mix of tools and therapeutic techniques to help you break unwanted habits, release performance blocks, and gain clarity and confidence. Whether you’re stepping into something new or breaking patterns that feel impossible to escape, my approach meets you where you are and moves you forward at a pace that feels right. I combine a coaching and mentoring framework with Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Parts Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to tailor each session to your unique needs.
